In addition to online ordering, we offer customers a variety of methods for contacting our order department. Please note that our order department cannot answer technical questions which should be submitted through our tech support department.

Please Note: Our order department no longer accepts complete orders by phone - please place your order online. It is not necessary to enter card information at checkout and if desired the payment information may be called in to the number below after placing the order.

	Phone If you have a question or need to call in payment information our order department can be reached at: 1 (516) 877-2499 Please Note: The Phone is answered "Craftcave" which is the name of our group of crafting sites. Hours Monday through Thursday - Noon. to 6 P.M. Friday - Noon to 5 P.M. Weekends - Closed. Eastern Time (New York) When calling, please remember that we are in New York and are on Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time depending on the season. For those who are not familiar with U.S. time zones this is Greenwich Mean Time -5 for EST and GMT -4 for EDT. We close for all major National Holidays.

	Secure Email Form Use this secure form if you need to send sensitive information such as credit card numbers, or if your browser has problems with the shopping cart system. Uses the same highly secure server as our shopping cart system.
	Street Address If you need to send snail mail, our warehouse is at 75 -10 Rockaway Blvd., Woodhaven NY, 11421 As a consideration for our local customers, orders may be picked up by appointment only. PLEASE NOTE - Our warehouse is not set up for shopping and is not open to the public. If you walk in without an appointment you will be turned away.
