Once the desired shell thickness is attained, trim any excess chocolate from
the seam area.
Place the mold hales in your freezer until the shells are loose - but do not remove them yet. This will allow us to handle them without worry about fingerprints.

Spoon some melted chocolate into the bottom shell half.

Tap very gently to level the chocolate and allow to harden.

Ready for use. We now have a nice level surface to attach our scene to.

Choose which of the scene parts you want to use and pour them with suitably
colored chocolate. Rap, freeze, and demold as usual.
Note: This may be done at any time so if you want to save some time work on these while your shell is cooling.

Gather the scene parts.

One at a time, apply a dab of melted chocolate and position the pieces. Allow
the chocolate to harden before continuing.
