Step By Step Instructions - Continued From Page 1

9. Use melted chocolate to add small eyes to the snowman. You can give him some character by how you position the eyes. Set the snowman aside for later.	10. Use melted chocolate to assemble the sleigh. If necessary, trim the inside parts so they are all the same width.
11. The assembled sleigh. Set this aside for later.	12. The reindeer mold is used without modification, however it does not sit flat and will need to be supported in a level position.
13. Fill the reindeer with milk chocolate.	14. Place in the freezer just long enough to de mold easily.
15. Small white eyes are added to the reindeer with a dab of chocolate. Set the reindeer aside for later.	16. Several small chocolates need to be made for the gift boxes. Several molds have gift boxes on them, or you can use any suitably sized square or rectangle mold. Make enough to fill the sleigh.
