Step By Step Instructions - Continued From Page 1

Step 9
Cut a pair of legs from the sculpting chocolate set aside in step 5. These should be approximately 2 inches (50 mm.) long.

Step 10
Attach the legs to the body then smooth out the joint with your fingers.

Step 11
Knead some white sculpting chocolate. Roll it out to approximately 1/2 inch (13 mm.). Slice off two pieces approximately 1/4 inch (7 mm.) thick for feet. Smooth the edges with your finger.

Step 12
Press the feet in place and smooth with your fingers.

Step 13
Roll out some white sculpting chocolate to approximately 1/8 inch (3 mm.) thickness or less. Break off about one inch.

Step 14
Position it for a mouth and press in place.

Step 15
Optional - a small piece of the white sculpting chocolate may be formed into a nose shape.

Step 16
The eyes are attached with some well kneaded red sculpting chocolate.

Step 15
The finished sculpted chocolate heart person. After several hours exposed to air the chocolate will firm up.
