Step By Step Instructions - Continued From Page 1

Step 8
Press a cookie into each mold cavity.

Step 9
If needed , add a bit more chocolate atop the cookie.

Step 10
Rap the mold against the counter to level the chocolate. Allow to air harden before continuing.

Step 11
Place in your freezer just long enough to de mold easily - approximately 7 minutes. Caution - leaving chocolates with embedded objects in a freezer too long may cause them to crack.

Step 12
I recommend wearing cotton gloves to handles these to reduce chance of fingerprinting them. Apply a few dabs of your base color chocolate to the back of your letters. I applied this with a toothpick. Using the base color will provide a neater appearance if some squeezes out.

Step 13
Immediately position each letter and gently press in place.

Step 14
The finished chocolates in gift packaging.
