Wedding Favor Chocolate Project

By Bob Sherman

This project shows how to make a personalized, professional looking wedding favor using an applique technique. These are also great for rehearsal dinners or bridal showers. These demonstration photos were made with letters chosen randomly, however you will need to select your molds based on the letters needed.

I recommend using a classic milk / white chocolate combo rather than colors as many people do not like the taste of colored chocolate. This is more psychological than anything as colored chocolates are white chocolate flavor. Milk on white was used here, however white on milk looks equally good.

The lettering from our monogram molds was used because it is ornate, however this technique may be used with any suitably sized letter molds. Alternatively this may be adapted to baby showers, birthdays, sweet sixteen, etc... by using suitable molds to make the appliques.

Note: This project is available to Project Club members only.
