| 1. No mold modifications are needed. | 2. I find that the wafers sold specifically for this work best. |

| 3. Stirring after 30 seconds in the microwave. Do not stir too vigorously because it will introduce air bubbles. | 4. Check to make sure the temperature is not over 160 degrees F. Using a squeeze bottle to fill the mold cavities is a bit neater, but you can also spoon chocolate into the mold. |

| 5. Place the mold in your freezer until the parts demold easily. The chick has 4 pieces. | 6. Place a dab of melted chocolate on the base. |

| 7. Position the marshmallow and allow to harden. | 8. Lay the assembly on its back and use a dab of chocolate to position the head. Allow to harden. |

| 9. Lay the assembly on its side and use a dab of chocolate to position a wing. Allow to harden. | 10. Lay the assembly on its other side and use a dab of chocolate to position the wing. Allow to harden, and its done. |
