This project shows how to make cookie embeds on lolly sticks as well as several decorating ideas and suggestion for a centerpiece. Although this was done for an Autumn / Thanksgiving theme, the same techniques could be applied for other seasons or occasions.

Chocolate Making Supplies And Materials

• Chocolate Coating - Milk, Dark, and White was used here.
• 4 1/2" Lolly Sticks
• Transfer Sheets
• Autumn Leaves Edible Confetti
• Double Boiler
• Thermometer
• Double Stuffed Oreo® Cookies
• Alternate decorations (not used here, but these also look good depending on the theme) - Sugars, Non-Pareils, Edible Glitter
• Paper Spring Fill - Optional, used to make a centerpiece.
