Welcome to part ten of this series. In this segment I will be discussing various aspects of marketing to the bridal / wedding industry. Although a very specialized field, there are many possibilities here and it is a huge industry. This type of market can be a small portion of your chocolate business or you may even choose to specialize in it.

Why Wedding Chocolates?
The main benefit of making chocolates of this type is that orders are typically fairly large. This allows you to spend more time making chocolates and less time marketing them.

Is It For You?
While this niche can offer attractive financial rewards, it also has some pitfalls. Don't even consider this field unless you are able to deliver exactly what is ordered, on time, every time - there is no room for error and no second chances. You will also need to be a patient, tolerant person when dealing with brides to be, many of whom will be indecisive, and some very hard to deal with.
