PLEASE NOTE!! - Candle making can be dangerous if proper safety procedures are not followed. Please read these Safety Rules before attempting any candle making projects.

Step By Step Instructions Continued

9. Once the wax has been whipped enough, dip and hold the ball candle in the wax for about 15 seconds. 10. Remove the candle from the wax and set it aside for two to three minutes.
11. To keep the brush from becoming stiff, position it in the wax when not in use. 12. Grasp the candle by the wick. Pick up some whipped wax with the brush and apply using a dabbing motion. Cover the bottom half of the candle. Try to avoid flat areas as we are trying to make it look fluffy.
13. Set the candle down on a clean work surface. 15. Use the brush to apply whipped wax to the top half of the candle.
15. Allow to cool. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch if necessary and the candle is finished. 16. The beater or whisk can be easily cleaned by melting the wax off with a heat gun. The wax can then be reused.
