Center a primed and tabbed wick in the shell.

Fill the candle a bit at a time (2 or 3 spoonfuls) and allow to cool between
each filling.

Continue filling in this manner to to top. Do not try to rush this as it may
cause the shell to melt or distort.

Once filled and cooled, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. Remove the masking tape,
and the candle is finished.

This technique may be applied to other styles of balloon candles as well.
