Candle Oil Problem
Troubleshooting Guide
Candles that are oily, seeping, or weeping oil.
Oily Candles
Using too much scent oil or mottling oil has brought the wax beyond its
carrying capacity.
Prevention - Use less oil. As a general guideline most waxes will not
be able to hold much more than one ounce of oil in total (roughly 2 Tablespoons).
If using more than one type of oil the combined amount should not total
more than one ounce.
