A new article on how to make 3D plaster casting castings in chocolate molds has been added to the site. Chocolate molds are very inexpensive and have uses well beyond simply making chocolate. Fully illustrated step by step instructions which are free for use.
Those in the chocolate business will find this a great technique for making durable displays - especially for your shop window since the plaster won’t melt.
