Affiliate Program Rules

To keep things running as smoothly as possible, we have instituted the following rules for our affiliate program. Please read through them before continuing on to sign up.

Your Obligations

1. You must keep at least one link to us on an accessible part of your web site.
2. Link may be either text or a banner.
3. You must use the supplied links - that is how we track who to pay the commission to.
4. Links to us must not be framed. Frames break the security of the checkout process - customers cannot get a secure connection while in a frame from your site.
5. Spam - You may not use unsolicited email to promote our site in any way - doing this will result in immediate expulsion from the program and forfeit of any commissions owed you. No exceptions.
6. Newsgroups And Forums - Most newsgroups and forums prohibit commercial postings. You may not use these to promote our site - doing this will result in immediate expulsion from the program and forfeit of any commissions owed you. No exceptions.
7. You may drop out of the program at any time - just remove the link to our site and notify us.

Payment

1. The program is currently paying a 10% commission on all sales. No commission is paid on sales tax or shipping charges.
2. Any product returned by a referred customer will result in the deduction of the commission for that product or products.
3. Commission checks are mailed within 7 days of the closing period.
4. Quarterly payment periods close March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st.
5. Payment threshold is 25.00 (no check is sent if you haven't earned at least 25.00). If you earn less than 25.00 in a quarter, the balance is carried over into the following quarter.
6. You may request payment of balances under 25.00 or request more than one check per quarter, however there is a 3.00 per check service fee for this service. There is no fee charged for checks over 25.00 at the end of the quarter when we send out the commissions.

Our Obligations

1. We will track all purchases made by visitors coming from your link. Note: If they call or mail an order in we cannot track this information.
2. We will maintain and keep accessible to you an affiliate area where you may track your commissions earned.
3. We reserve the right to make changes to this program as needed.
4. We reserve the right to refuse membership to web sites we consider unsuitable as affiliates for our business.
5. Should the commission be changed, you will receive 14 days notice prior to the change.
6. We reserve the right to cancel membership of any affiliate should they become a problem. If we cancel your membership, a check will be sent for any outstanding commissions within 7 days except if your membership was terminated due to spamming.
