Shopping Problems

If your basket empties every time you change pages, it is because your web browser is not accepting cookies. Session cookies are used by our software to associate the basket contents with each visitor and if your browser is not accepting cookies then it creates a new cookie / basket combo each time you change pages. Please note that this is a non intrusive cookie that only tracks what is in your basket and does not store any personal information.

Repeat Visitors - If your browser is set to accept cookies and the site worked properly on your previous visit, then the problem may be that your browser has not deleted cookies from a previous visit. This can be corrected by deleting the browser history / cookies / temporary internet files from the browser's tools menu.

Page Alignment

Our site is designed to be flexible for proper display on the vast majority of internet viewing devices out there, but extreme settings may be beyond the site's ability to cornform. If portions of the page seem misaligned it is likely due to setting your browser's type size very large. This can be easily corrected temporarily by holding down the <Ctrl> Button while rotating your mouse wheel - pushing the wheel forward enlarges and pulling the wheel back reduces the size. Note that this is a temporary setting and your browser will revert to the settings in your tools menu when you close your current browser session.
