PLEASE NOTE: The products in this section are technically "coatings". Although they look and taste like chocolate, the FDA defines chocolate as a product containing chocolate liquer and cocoa butter which these products do not contain.

Colors: Colors shown are approximate and how it displays will vary depending on your monitor settings. These colors may be blended to obtain over 60 custom colors - see our color mixing chart.

Paramount Crystals: Colored coatings tend to be thicker and harder to work with. Most chocolate makers add Paramount Crystals to thin them.

Pick Up: Local customers desiring to pick up chocolate wafers must place the order at least 24 hours in advance - we warehouse and package it in a different location to prevent any possible contact with non chocolate products.
