Usage:
- Although some folks melt the chocolate directly in these bottles using a
microwave - we find that melting it in a double boiler first then pouring
it into the bottle works better
- Cleanup - These should be cleaned with soap and water the same as your chocolate
molds
- Cleaning Tip: When done using, drain as much chocolate as possible, then
place in a freezer for about 20 - 30 minutes. Squeeze the frozen bottle and
most of the chocolate will fall off in tiny pieces which can then be shaken
out and reused. The bottle can now be easily washed.
