- This popular product is used to thin chocolate coatings to make them creamier
in texture
- Great for making chocolates easier to paint or restoring original consistency
after several reheatings
- Contains:
- Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil
- Lecithin
- Citric Acid (preservative)
- Typical usage varies from a pinch to 2 Tablespoons per pound and is largely
a matter of personal preference. We find the best way is to add a little at
a time until the desired consistency is reached
- NOTE: This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come
in contact with Wheat / Gluten, Eggs, Dairy Products, Peanuts, Soy, and Tree
Nuts.
