Instructions:
Account - If you have an account set up you will not need to reenter this information for each order- click here to log in or set up an account. Please note that payment information is not stored and will need to be entered every time you order.
Ship To Address - Enter the address you wish to have your order shipped to.
Bill To Address - If you plan on paying by Credit Card you must enter the billing address for that card if it is different from the shipping address. This is an anti fraud measure to protect you, and our card processor will reject cards with an incorrect billing address.
Sales Tax - If the ship to address is not in New York Leave as Tax exempt. New York State ship to addresses only - choose the location of the delivery from the drop down menu. Businesses and NPO's that have a copy of NY state form ST-120 on file with us are tax exempt. All other New York residents must select the delivery area to prevent delays on your order.
Minimum Order - Please Note: We have a 9.90 minimum order. Orders below the minimum order are charged a 5.00 additional handling fee.
