Customer Loyalty Rewards Program

As a thank you to our loyal customers, we have started a program to offer increased discounts based on purchase history. This program requires no sign up, no fee, and in fact requires you to do nothing except log into your customer account before you checkout. It is seamless and automatically increases your discount as your previous purchase level increases.

How It Works
When you log into your customer account the web site totals the value of your purchases for the previous 12 months and assigns you to a discount tier based on the total. These discounted prices are displayed while you shop in place of the regular price. At checkout the regular price is displayed with a single entry showing your total savings. If you wish to view the regular prices while shopping, simply do not log into your customer account. Note that to get the discount, you must log into your account before checkout.

Your purchase history may be viewed when signed in by clicking the account link near the top of the page. There is a gray button to display your order history below your personal information near the bottom of the page.

Note: The software cannot track purchase history from before it was installed, so this will only affect purchases from 12/01/2009 onward.

Leather Supplies
At this time most of the products in the leather categories are discounted with the exception of leather sides, shoulders, and bellies which have too low a markup to discount. Sale and closeout items are already discounted and not eligible for discount, however they do count towards your purchase history total. The following shows the four leather product discount tiers and the minimum total purchase (over the previous 12 months) to qualify for each tier.

Please note that most of our leather prices are already discounted 5%, so these are additional discounts to save you even more.

• Tier 1 - 5% discount, 50.00
• Tier 2 - 10% discount, 100.00
• Tier 3 - 15% discount, 250.00
• Tier 4 - 20% discount, 500.00

Other Products
Your prior purchases may also qualify you for discounts on other craft supplies across our web site, however due you various markups the tier structure may be different than those shown above. Please refer to the Loyalty Rewards Program page in those areas of the site for more details.

Restrictions
One restriction - only purchases transacted through checkout while signed in to your account on the web site qualify for this program - no exceptions.

This program is way too complex to administer manually, and in fact cannot be modified manually so only purchases submitted through the web site will qualify towards purchase history or for a discount. Note that this program is 100% automated and we cannot change it or modify purchase history manually in any way.

Phone orders - to qualify the order must be submitted through the web site. Call with payment is a checkout option for those who do not feel comfortable entering it online.
